Federal Impact Aid Cards Still Needed

We are very close to completely collecting one card for each student at our school! It is very important that we collect 100% of these cards. If your student brings home a new card or correction we ask that you return these as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to collecting cards.

Federal Impact Aid cards went home on October 4th. It is very important that all of these cards get returned as soon as possible for each student.  The support and funding our schools receive from the Federal Government is a very important part of maintaining a high level of education for the students in our district. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this Federal Impact Aid card!

Federal Impact Aid Card Instructions


All cards must be dated October 4th, 2023

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this Federal Impact Aid card!  The support and funding our schools receive from the Federal Government is a very important part of maintaining a high level of education for the students in our district.

These cards have some information that needs to be filled out in a specific way.  If it is not completely filled out correctly a new card will need to be sent home.

  • All cards must be dated October 4th, 2023.

  • Please make sure you use only blue or black ink to fill this card out.

  • Please make sure that all information applicable to you and your child/dependent is filled in on the card.

  • One card per student.

  • If selecting other, under Employed on Federal Property, please use the correct and full name of your employer, along with complete address and the building number or department you work in.

  • If you reside on base the Federal Property field should be the housing area you live in. (e.g.,  Mesquite Meadows)

  • This card must be signed by a parent or guardian of the student listed on the card.
